DP deputies gathered in front of the podium, blocking the normal proceedings of the session, after refusing to listen to the report of the People's Advocate, Endrit Shabani.

The head of the DP parliamentary group, Gazment Bardhi, said that Shabani is Rama's soldier and the Constitutional Court has not yet made a decision on the matter.

Speaker Niko Peleshi has requested several times for the podium to be vacated, and when this did not happen, he went into a 5-minute recess.
