Tensions in the Parliament, opposition MPs block the podium! Peleshi gives 5

As soon as Parliament Speaker Niko Peleshi declared the end of the procedural speech and the start of the presentation of the respective SP and DP reports on territorial reform, the opposition blocked the podium.

Peleshi gave co-chairs Arbjan Mazniku and Luciano Boçi time to continue their presentation, but the deputies objected, not allowing the SP side to continue reporting.

With the session being prevented from continuing, the Speaker of the Assembly announced a 5-minute recess until the floor was cleared.
