I was not at all surprised by the KPA decision to dismiss Maloka Elisabeta Imeraj.

I do not know whether he deserves or not that the lady was still in the system. I have not been connected with his work, so I do not have a direct opinion.

But I clearly know that the standard of her judgment was from the lowest applied. Of course he is not the only one, but in this case he was visible.

It was a pure case of prejudice based on an assumption, according to which, the lady had us eavesdropping on an IOM employee having sex in the office.

Never and in no part of the verification process was such stupidity even proven as a clue. Just as the news that sex took place in the IOM offices was never denied.

The IOM, even under pressure to admit to having sex in its offices, undertook some incredible incursions to confess. Invented and used, in the process of verifying the prosecutor, anonymous letters and moreover with absurd claims and easily verifiable as untrue. He used fake names and a mentally unbalanced person to file complaints, however false, against the prosecutor.

With these vile and completely dilettante fabrications, the positive decision of the KPC was opposed, until today they have clearly managed to overthrow it in the KPA.

Natyrisht nuk përjashtohen këtu edhe lobe brenda pushtetit që e shfrytëzuan këtë situatë për të larë duart me prokuroren. Në këto lobe futen edhe falls-opozitarë të hetuar nga prokurorja. Qartësisht ka patur më shumë sesa një faktor që kanë ndikuar.

Vetëm llogjika e ftohtë ligjore e bazuar në fakte dhe prova bindëse nuk u përdor!!!

Këtu nuk është në lojë më fati personal i “malokes” Elisabetë, por fati i çdo shqiptari që ka punë apo hall me drejtësinë.

Nëse ndaj punonjësve të drejtësisë përdoren metoda të tilla gjykimi, mos prisni që drejtësia të ketë standard më të mirë!

E kam neveritur këtë sjellje, për më tepër të aplikuar nga të huaj që duhet të ishin model dhe garanci.

Ky standard është I PAPRANUESHËM!

Kjo reformë po çimenton një regjim politik antidemokraci!

Asnjë dyshim tashmë.
