Politikanët shpeshherë ngrenë mure të gjakut – ato të luftës – dhe muret e frikës nga tragjeditë që do mund të na rrezikojnë edhe atë, vetëm që të mos e shohim fytyrën e tyre të vërtet, apo atë që është duke na ndodhur.

Mure të tilla janë edhe ai i frikës dyvjeçare që të mos vdesim nga pandemia, apo kjo e sotmja që të mos mbetemi pa bukë shkaku i  luftës ruso-ukrainase.

And these walls make it impossible for us to see what is happening with our present, make us insensitive to the future, do not ask where our rulers lead us and do not care how many Albanians enjoy the table of poverty, how many parents they do not have money to buy medicine for sick children, or how many Albanian families do not earn during the year or as much as the panties of the Prime Minister of Albania cost.

Well, the high walls of fear that have plagued us in recent years do not allow us to see what could very easily happen to us: to abandon the apartments in the high-rise towers, because we will not have the money to maintain them. they as well, that we will be forced to return to our grandparents' fields in the village, which we should have done years ago.

Then, these walls do not allow us to notice that the number of Albanians who do not care who they are is increasing, that Albanianness is in the hands of the rulers who fulfill only the interests of the oligarchs, not the people, and therefore they know what is served in Dubai restaurants, but not as the Albanian poverty table looks. 

Living surrounded by high walls of fear, who serve only our rulers, rulers who do not eat and steal not only our wealth, but by expelling young people from Albanian lands, they also spend their Albanianness, they do the smaller one than it is, with which they realize what even our most furious enemies did not succeed.  

And living within the walls of fear of dying from COVID 19 and suffering from hunger, the cause of the war in Ukraine, we do not see that from time immemorial, the Serbian media have begun to breathe as in the Milosevic era, that almost all intellectuals of there, they remind the Serbian people that they have been left without the cradle of their mythology - without Kosovo, they tell him that if he does not return that cradle, he will have nowhere to nurture and raise false myths about himself. 

And while the Serbian elites feed their people with anti-Albanians, our open-minded cosmopolitan statesmen do their best so that the Serbian project for the 'Open Balkans' does not fail and that Serbia is not left without access to the Adriatic and without a part of Durrës. Meanwhile, putting the Albanians to sleep with the lullaby that NATO will protect it and the EU will feed it ?!

So by not telling the real people that NATO will only protect us as much as we can defend ourselves and that the EU will supply us with wheat only as much as we will plant in our grandparents' fields. 

Well, the walls of fear of the tragedies that threaten us, do not allow us to see that we were not only impoverished materially, but also spiritually, that our rulers expelled from our lands not only our youth, but also our tradition and culture, that statesmen of our 'Albanians' undermines our national values, so that, even if we escape the pandemic and famine, we will 'die' from the most dangerous disease that can annihilate a people: the redemption of what distinguishes it from others, his disinterest in knowing where he comes from, who he is and where he is going!
