Albanian businessman Ermal Beqiri , who is being held prisoner in France and is wanted by Albanian justice, has again requested his release before the investigation chamber of the Court of Appeal in Amiens.

According to the French newspaper Courrier Picard , a decision on his request is expected on Friday.

Beqiri is still in Beauvais prison, and has again submitted a request to the French judiciary to be released. The newspaper also emphasizes his desire to remain in France .

The case is related to the Albanian authorities' request for Beqiri, who is wanted by Albanian justice against corruption.

Meanwhile, in France, it has been reported that assets worth 2.1 million euros and a castle in the Oise department have been seized.
