A 46-year-old man was found shot dead inside his vehicle near the “Paris Municipality” in Tirana. The incident occurred on “Mihal Popi” Street where 46-year-old Ismet Habili was found lifeless inside his “Volvo” vehicle. The front window of the vehicle was broken as a result of the bullets.

Ismet Habil was shot at from a moving vehicle. This lead is also reinforced by the position where the victim's vehicle was found, outside the lane, on the sidewalk.

A sad moment was when the victim's son goes to the scene and cries in tears, "It's my father, where is my father...".

The incident occurred in an area that is surrounded by security cameras due to the presence of private businesses. It is still unclear what the victim represents, whether or not he has a criminal record, and his travel route is being examined.
