An unusual event has been recorded in Brazil, where the mayor of a city unexpectedly entered a hospital to verify citizens' complaints about long patient waits.

During the search, he found two night shift doctors locked in a room, accusing them of having sexual intercourse during working hours.

The incident occurred on the evening of November 4 in the city of Barreiros, in the state of Pernambuco, Brazil. Mayor Carlinhos da Pedreira made an unannounced visit to the municipal hospital “Jailton Messias de Albuquerque” after numerous complaints about delays in treating patients.

In the video released by the control, the mayor appears extremely outraged, demanding accountability from the two doctors for their behavior.

"The emergency room is full, while you sleep and have sex here," he said, according to reports of the event.

The mayor claimed that there were a total of three doctors on duty at the hospital that evening, but at the time of the inspection, only one of them was visiting patients.
