Prime Minister Edi Rama has announced the launch of a new format of weekly meetings between regional deputies and citizens, with the aim of strengthening direct communication and the presence of representatives on the ground.

In a post on social media, Rama announced that the meetings will take place every Friday, at the same time, and will have a different format from traditional political activities.

"Every Friday at the same time," Rama writes, emphasizing that the meetings will take place without cameras, without photographs of the participants, and without speeches.

According to the Prime Minister, MPs will have the duty to listen to citizens and take note of their complaints, requests, concerns, ideas and proposals.

"Without cameras, without photographs of the participants, without speeches or objections, just with open ears and a pen and paper to note down every complaint, request, concern, idea or proposal," Rama said.
