Armando Broja has officially said goodbye to Southampton. After a year on loan at this Premier League club, where he scored 9 goals and proved his talent, the Albanian striker will return to Chelsea at the moment.
At least for the pre-season preparation phase, as coach Thomas Tuchel has said, who will see the 20-year-old in action and then decide; keep it, borrow it or sell it.
Broja himself, through social networks, wrote today:
"I just want to start by saying what a wonderful season it was for me and my family personally. A season full of ups and downs, but I had behind me wonderful families and people who helped me get through the obstacles.
I also want to say a big thank you to Southampton and the wonderful fans who supported me and trusted me to show what I can do. I appreciate all the support and love you showed for me and the team. Finally I want to say thank you very much to my teammates, the guys who taught me so much this year.
I enjoyed every minute with you guys, it was honestly something special to me. You have not only become brothers to me, but also to my family. I will miss you guys! ”
