22-year-old Elvis Zirka was injured by gunfire this morning in Tirana. Through a statement, the Police announced that the suspected perpetrator is 28-year-old Sokol Zeka, who is wanted.

"Tirana/Preliminary information - Around 01:00, on "Medar Shtylla" street, it is suspected that citizen SZ(T)., 28 years old, has wounded citizen EZ, 22 years old, who is in the hospital, under the care of doctors. The 28-year-old has been declared wanted and work continues to capture him," the Police statement said.

The dispute between the victim Elvis Zirka and the suspected perpetrator Sokol Zeka has been going on for a long time. The conflict is suspected to be due to an unpaid debt on the part of the perpetrator, 28-year-old Zeka.

The incident occurred on the street, and according to the statements that the injured 22-year-old gave to the investigation group, he claimed that he had known Sokol Zeka for a long time and that he had lent him a large amount of money, but without stating how much it was or what it was given for.

Investigators suspect that their conflicts may have started outside Albanian territory, while the investigative group is working to fully unravel the incident.
