Ardit Gjokrosa has been extradited from Germany to Albania, after being declared wanted by the Special Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK), on charges of providing the conditions and material means to commit a murder against citizen Hamza Terziu, in collaboration with a structured criminal group.

Gjokrosa is suspected of having been involved in providing the conditions and means necessary to carry out Terziu's murder.

The investigation is related to suspicions of criminal activity and collaboration between several individuals to commit serious criminal offenses.

In addition to the charge related to providing the conditions for murder, he is also charged with participating in a structured criminal group, as well as committing criminal offenses within a criminal organization or structured group.
