The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has arrived in Texas. The leader of the Democratic Party was accompanied by a police escort, and was welcomed at the airport by Albanians living in Texas.
During his visit to Texas, the Democratic leader will attend the Republican Party Convention.
A day earlier, he held a meeting in New Jersey, where Albanians living in the US were present.
Berisha said that he would use his stay in the US to restore relations with American authorities.
