From Pogradec, yesterday Prime Minister Edi Rama said that the meeting also discussed the unique overview, "Albania Overview", where citizens will have all institutions present and where the ambition is that, sooner rather than later, we will reach the point where every request, every concern, every problem of the citizen addressed to the institutions will be like a postal package, the status of which is followed in real time by the sender and, on the other hand, the state, the government, the institutions follow the responsibilities and every deadline violation is viewed with a magnifying glass.

Top Channel journalist Muhamed Veliu has learned the first details of how "Pasqyrë Albania" will function. It will be a modernization of the "Co-Government" platform with two sections.

The first will be called "Flamingo Mirror", from where alerts with sensitivity and daily concerns of citizens will arrive.

The rest of the platform will be called "Radar", where all concerns will be collected, which will be tracked within 48 hours and then, within a period of up to two weeks, should receive a solution.

Sources from the Socialist Party (SP) told Top Channel that through "Mirror Albania" the aim is to increase trust in state institutions, with the primary goal of solving problems.

The success of this new initiative of Edi Rama is expected to be tested in the 2027 local elections.
