They obstructed the movement of vehicles during yesterday's rally in

Tirana Police this Friday imposed 12 administrative measures against several protesters who, during yesterday's protest in Tirana, blocked the road and impeded vehicle traffic.

In accordance with Normative Act No. 5, dated 28.10.2026, specifically point 2 of article 24/1, 12 reports have been completed to ascertain administrative offenses committed during the rally held yesterday afternoon, on the "Martyrs of the Nation" boulevard, for citizens who blocked the road and obstructed the movement of vehicles, despite repeated calls from Police officers via megaphone.

An administrative fine of 5,000 lek has been imposed on each of these citizens.

The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office for further action.
