TIRANA - In a revelation that completely overturns the entire course of SPAK investigations so far on the incinerator affair and the role of former deputy minister/reconstructive prime minister Ahmet Arbenaj in them, special prosecutors Braho Braushi and Nakuç Kapuçi inform that Mr. Arbenaj is found a bill that he paid himself.
The invoice, say the eyewitness investigators, was found in Arbenaj hidden in the back pocket of a pair of jeans worn by the aforementioned in the distant year 1999. Although the former high-ranking socialist functionary has tried to deny the ownership of the jeans, the fact that pants have been strategically positioned on a dusty shelf of old stuff in one of the five garages of Arbenaj's seven houses, 400% prove that the bill was paid by the author himself.
"Mr. Arbenaj protested strongly, and declared before us that he has never paid any bill, no matter how symbolic. The common people love me very much, including the middle peasants. They invite me for lunch and dinner, for parties and stunts, hotels and airplanes, motels and pasta, and I don't want to spoil them because it breaks their hearts, declared Arbenaj. Therefore, there is no possibility that I paid this bill in the first person, he told us," prosecutors Braushi and Kapuçi claim for the media.
However, persistent investigations revealed that during super high studies at Harvard in America, an incident had occurred that had remained in the dark until now.
It was November 1999, when Ahmet Arbenaj, after a tiring afternoon of reading, decided to get an American coffee and an American still water in the cafeteria near the school.
"It's three dollars and 50 cents," the waitress, a Latin American, told him.
"I know how much they do," Arbenaj smiled at the employee's ignorance, "but I am Ahmet Arbenaj. You know, El Tigre, The Tiger. I don't pay, because I'm allergic to payments".
"I don't know who lied to you with the tiger, because to me you look more like a cat," the waitress replied, "but you will pay with a leg, even" .
According to eyewitnesses, it so happened that with trembling hands, Arbenaj took out the money and paid once out of his pocket. He kept the bill as a bitter memory, and as a lesson for other times.

The SPAK special prosecutors, Braho Braushi and Nakuç Kapuçi, declared that with this finding, the myth of Ahmet Arbenaj's non-payment falls like a castle on sand.
"We understand that the media can even exaggerate, due to the very nature of their work. For several months now, they have been writing and saying that Ahmet Arbenajt has paid all the owners of the incinerators with letters, from food, sleep, travel, children's education, lights, water, coffee, internet, pay TV channels, parking, barber, costumes, shoes, slippers and pajamas. But this is not true. The facts speak clearly," said Braushi and Kapuçi.
At the end of the pronouncement, the heroes of justice gave an explanation that left the reporters speechless, even though their mouths were open.
"There are also those journalists who cast doubts as if, in fact, Ahmet Arbenaj is the real owner of the incinerators. Let's assume for a moment that it is so. And then doesn't he realize that all the accusations that others have paid his travel and hotel bills are lies? With this logic, it turns out that he paid for his own expenses! So, what does it mean to deal with slander!", declared Braho Braushi and Nakuç Kapuçi.
