SPAK "surrenders" before 'Alba exotic Fruits',

SPAK has declared incompetence for the cocaine file of the company Alba Exotic Fruits, delegating it to the Prosecutor's Office of Durrës.

The Special Prosecutor's Office has made the decision to hand over the case of Eduart Dauti and Bajron Gumen, his brother, to the Durrës District Prosecutor's Office. The seizure of the company, confirmed by the Supreme Court, remains in force. The Prosecutor's Office of Durrës has registered it as a case and will start its examination in September.

SPAK has declared incompetence in this case for the reason that according to the Special Prosecutor's Office there is no evidence of a structured criminal group and international drug trafficking within the criminal group. It is now up to the prosecution of Durrës to prove the accusation of international cocaine trafficking.
