SP MP Eduart Shalsi has stated that 46-year-old Ismet Habili, who was found murdered in his car, was not the driver.
"Regarding the news published in several media outlets about the tragic event in the Paris Commune area, I want to clarify that the information according to which the 46-year-old was my driver is false," Shalsi declares.
Meanwhile, police continue their investigations to fully elucidate the incident and its circumstances.
Note:
As we have reported so far, based on the investigations conducted, the suspicions are that Habil ended his life at around 8:20 pm yesterday evening after shooting himself with a firearm.
Although initially suspected to be an assassination attempt with a silencer, as no gunshots were reportedly heard in the area at the time of the incident, the incident took a different turn.
Abel had a large wound to his head and bullet marks were found on the roof of his vehicle, suggesting that he shot himself.
The circumstances of Habil's death are unclear, while investigations to fully clarify the case are ongoing. While the suspicions are that the 46-year-old committed suicide after an argument he had with his family, as the victim's last phone call was reportedly with his wife. We are expected to have new details in the future.
