“Kanë qëlluar në ecje e sipër paralel, as që kanë ndaluar dhe as që kanë bërë ndonjë gabim të mundshëm që do na ndihmonte në zbardhjen e krimit”, shton policia e Vlorës. Burimet i thonë gazetës se mjeti i vrasësve   u vodh në datën 29 qershor të këtij viti në aksin rrugor Durrës- Tiranë.

‘Automjeti që përdorën vrasësit u denoncua në policinë e Vorës nga pronari i saj shtetasi D. V”,  theksojnë burimet e sigurta që përshkruajnë se gjatë kqyrjes së mjetit të djegur tip BMV  u gjetën tre armë krejtësisht në flakë.

“Të tria armët janë automatik model 56 , kalibri 7.62 mm me numra 954…, po ashtu u gjet një targë automjeti e vjedhur dhe një krehër automatiku model 56 i boshatisur” shtojnë ekspertët.

“Në brendësi të mjetit të vrasësve u gjetën gëzhoja dhe krehër arme me kapacitet 30 fishekë”. Por pikërisht ky krim hapi luftën midis policisë dhe prokurorisë. Duke tentuar të justifikohet se njëri nga viktimat kishte qenë i arrestuar për armë mbajtje dhe se prokuroria e kishte liruar dhe konkretisht shtetasi Geno Lena, jo zyrtarisht prokuroria reagon ashpër për Gazetasi.al.

‘Ky informacion i shpërndarë me keqdashje është i pavërtetë. Viktima nuk është arrestuar dhe as ishte referuar për armë mbajtje, por për përkrahje të personit në kërkim- deklaron njëri nga prokurorët e qytetit bregdetar. Në atë kohë Geno Lena i njohur me emrin tjetër (që e ndryshoi ) si Shpati Lena u arrestua së bashku me Eduart Xhezon mbasi ky i fundit qëlloi për vdekje shtetasin Arben Beqiraj, i njohur së fundmi si biznesmen.
