The prosecution of Elbasan has addressed the city court with the request for setting the measure of "arrest in prison" against the young man, Eiden Dimo, who was in the company of the perpetrator of the crime, Horgito Peqini and Klaudjan Sallufi.

This security measure came after the strong suspicions raised by the investigation group that the murder of Madrid Ulcinak, on the evening of August 17, 2022, was well thought out and did not happen on the spot.

Although the event has the nuances of a momentary conflict, the investigation group has raised strong suspicions that the crime may have been premeditated.

This is because Horgito Peqini and Klaudjan Sallufi have been prosecuted by the Elbasan police for "theft", "unlicensed possession of weapons" and "distribution of narcotics".

Proceeded for "Distribution of narcotics", Madrid Ulqinaku was also a victim, who knew the three people involved in this conflict.

The suspicions are that the disruption of a drug deal in the past may have led to this clash, so Horgito Peqini and Klaudjan Sallufi decided to execute their acquaintance Madrit Ulqinaku, reports Ora News.

Sallufi and Peqini have already been declared wanted, while their friend Eiden Dimo ​​has been arrested by the police and today at 1:00 p.m. he is expected to appear before the court of Elbasan to be familiar with the security measure "arrest in prison".

All these doubts about a premeditated murder have been increased by the testimony given to the police by the arrested Eiden Dimo, who has shown that after completing his license course, he went to Horgito's brother's apartment.

There he found Horgito and Klaudjan Sallufi, who drank beer and cocaine. Then Sallufi told Eiden Dimos, which weapon he would choose to go out in the city, the knife or the pistol.

And Dimo ​​took the knife, while Horgito Peqini, the grandson of Eduart Peqini, who is known as the "Mandela of Elbasan" and is currently serving a life sentence in the Peqini prison, took the "TT" pistol type firearm.

The three young men went out to the city armed. It looks like finding someone and instigating a conflict. Exactly the conflict arose with Klaudjan Sallufi and Madrid Ulqinak, where Sallufi addressed him with the words: "...I got dirty, you got in my way...".

And after this moment, the parties had a physical conflict, while Horgito Peqini took out his gun from his pouch and shot in the direction of Ulqinak, leaving him dead on the spot.
