Socialist Party MP Elisa Spiropali has announced that her Facebook page has been blocked.

She writes on Instagram that she is working closely with Instagram's parent company, META, to restore the page.

Spiropali invites all those who want to communicate with him to do so on Instagram.

"Dear friends

My official Facebook page has been blocked for three days. We are working closely with Meta to restore it as soon as possible.

"For all of you who have tried to write to me, until further notice, you can contact me directly here on Instagram. Thank you for your understanding and support," she writes.

Spiropali's website was blocked just a few days after a long letter to Edi Rama regarding the situation created by the protests.
