The 33-year-old Madrit Ulqinaku, who was executed on the evening of August 17 near the "Elbasan Arena" stadium in Elbasan, was in the company of a friend when the murder took place.

"...we got up from coffee at around 21:00 and we were walking on the sidewalk of the boulevard, in the direction of the stadium. At a certain moment it was past 21:30 three boys were walking in front of us, where one of them started harassing my friend Madriti without any motive, and specifically with the words "...I'm dirty, you got in my way..." and started to insult each other, and that this person's name is Klaudjan Sallufi. The other person who was accompanying Klaudjani immediately took out a pistol, loaded it, and at a very close distance shot once in the direction of Madrid, who immediately lay down on the ground...", testified the friend of the victim, Ora News reports. . 

Eiden Dimo ​​is arrested for the murder in the "Kongresi" neighborhood of Elbasan, while Klaudjan Sallufi, 33 years old, and Horgito Peqini, 18 years old, are wanted.

According to the police, it was Horgito Peqini who is accused of firing a pistol in the direction of Madrid Ulqinak, who as a result of his injuries, died at the scene.
