Russia has declared 963 Americans "non grata", barring them from entering its territory. Among those detained are U.S. President Joe Biden, Secretary of State Antony Blinken and CIA chief William Burns.

Where President Putin's decision comes as a sign of revenge for the US support to Ukraine since the beginning of the occupation of Ukraine on February 24, further straining relations with Russia.

Earlier, Biden signed the next massive package of $ 40 billion in aid to Ukraine, of which $ 20 billion will go to military aid.
