A fierce fight was recorded last night in Italy between some Albanians and Nigerians, where horror scenes were also present.

Media across the Adriatic report that one of the Nigerians involved in the clash bit and tore off part of the finger of his Albanian opponent's right hand and then swallowed it.

The incident happened around 03:00 in the morning on the beach of Rimini and the persons involved in the quarrel were two Albanians and two Nigerians.

A violent clash with tents took place last night where there were riots with fists, pushing between some Albanians and Nigerians in Italy. Alarmed by the screams, the security guards on duty at the beach premises of the Romagna locality intervened to stop the attack. At that moment, the four of them were still fighting between the sunbeds and the umbrellas, where the police intervened at the scene.

One of the protagonists of the quarrel managed to escape, while three others were arrested. Among them are the Albanian with the severed finger and the 25-year-old Nigerian who had bitten him before eating him. The horrific detail came out at a later moment, as police had calmed the situation and divided the parties. 

The charge for the three involved is for serious quarrel, while for the Nigerian very serious injuries and acts of cannibalism. The violence, as shown by the protagonists at the commissariats, would have been caused by a love rivalry, but investigators will not be very convinced by this version, which moreover would not have found evidence at the moment.
