The Special Prosecution, SPAK reacted harshly today after the statements in the media of the journalist Artan Hoxha who said that Nuredin Dumani, the penitent of justice, has mentioned the name of Ilir Meta that he ordered the murder of the brother of the former SP deputy, Arben Ndoka.

SPAK in its reaction states that Nuredin Dumani has not declared any data regarding the President of the Republic of Albania. But what stands out is why SPAK every time Ilir Meta's name is mentioned reacts immediately, while for Berisha's "Non-Woman" he says that there is no comment.

Following the increased interest of the media, regarding the statement of the journalist Artan Hoxha regarding the data allegedly declared by the citizen under investigation ND for the President of the Republic of Albania, broadcast on the National Television "Klan", in the show "Opinion" dated 02.06.2022, we clarify the public opinion that: In the statements given in the criminal proceeding no. 75/2022 that is being investigated by the Special Prosecution, the citizen under investigation ND, has not declared any data regarding with the President of the Republic of Albania.

Taking into account this case, as well as taking into account the treatments made to the statements of the ND citizen in various TV shows, we invite the media to be careful, to take into account the sensitivity of this issue, to respect the victims and their family members, as well as the fact that the case is in the preliminary investigation phase and the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime referred to Article 103 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has decided to prohibit the publication of decision no. 42 dated 17.05. 2022 (with the object of imposing security measures ”.

The most beautiful thing about this reaction of SPAK is that the testimony of Nuredin Dumani, published by SPAK, has been published in the media for weeks, where numerous murders and messages are shown. SPAK did not react to this but admitted that these testimonies are true in the meantime, as soon as the name of Ilir Meta was mentioned, SPAK surprisingly reacted directly.

We recall that last night the journalist Artan Hoxha said that Nuredin Dumani has testified that President Ilir Meta ordered the murder of the brother of the former MP, Arben Ndoka. In the show "Opinion", Hoxha said that this evidence should be verified by the prosecution, while adding that the event happened as stated by Dumani, while so far there is no arrested author.

Although 1 year has passed since the announcement of "Non-Women" for corruption, the Special Anti-Corruption Structure (SPAK) has not registered criminal cases against former Prime Minister Sali Berisha.

SPAK responded to an online media that it is not aware of these persons, when asked through a request for information whether it has initiated an investigation mainly or whether it has requested evidence through a letter. It seems that the SPAK has not followed the reactions of American officials and the news in the media where they demand the investigation of persons declared non-women for corruption.

The statement on the non-taking of legal steps was also made by the US envoy to the region Gabriel Escobar during an interview in December on News 24.

" Where are the prosecutors, investigators and authorities in your country?" We do it according to our laws, but you also have some in your country. " If you want to know, investigate ," said Escobar, among others.

Based on the Code of Criminal Procedure, Article 281 the prosecution, in this case the SPAK which has the mission to investigate corruption cases, should have launched an investigation mainly.

This message from Kraja using SPAK is a "threatening" signal for the journalists of the chronicle and for the penitent Nuredin Dumani.
