Flamurtari under attack? Accusations against the AFF and the question raised by
Besa–Flamurtari

How far will the fight against Flamurtari by this Federation that has already turned into a dictatorship in the hands of one man, Armando Duka, reach?

Despite the fact that Mr. Duka may have a personal grudge against Flamurtari's president, Sinan Idrizi, the latter has directly accused him of the disintegration of Albanian football, turning it into a private business and leaving the decisions and piloting of matches in the hands of crime.

But, despite this clash, Flamurtari is a big name in the history of Albanian football and does not deserve such treatment and underestimation due to the personal grudges of the president of the Albanian Football Federation.

Sports fans, Vlora fans, and the city of Vlora cannot be left aside.

Because when we talk about Flamurtari, we're not just talking about a football team.

We are talking about a big name, about a whole history, about a club that has represented and continues to represent an entire city.

Flamurtari is a big name in the history of Albanian football.

It is a club with tradition, history, great players and a fan base that has supported it over the years, in good times and bad.

Therefore, it cannot be accepted that Flamurtari is treated or underestimated due to the leaders' personal grudges or conflicts.

In a friendly conversation with former golden footballers of Flamurtari, asking them about the current situation of Albanian football, they expressed great disappointment.

And the words of a former footballer should be heard. They lived Albanian football in another time, they were part of the great history of Flamurtari and they know very well what clean football and a true sporting struggle mean.

They have also expressed great disappointment with the championship formula, as at the end of the championship the top four teams will play-offs for the championship title.

And it is precisely there, according to this concern, that the bargaining begins.

That's where the doubts begin.

Anything can be sold there.

And we no longer have fairness.

We no longer have clean football.

We no longer have a pure sporting war.

Football is no longer the sport that should be a pure competition, where two teams face off on the field and where the one who is better wins.

Football has now turned into a scary and violent sports business.

And that's what should worry us all.

Because football cannot be just a business.

Football is passion, it is emotion, it is history, it is identity and above all it is sport.

When a fan goes to the stadium, he must believe that his team has the same opportunities as the opponent.

He must believe that the 90 minutes on the pitch will decide the winner and not bargains, interests or decisions off the pitch.

If we take this trust away from the fan, then what is left for football?

What is left for the sports fan?

What is left for the child who dreams of becoming a footballer?

What is left for someone who goes to the stadium and sacrifices time and money to follow their favorite team?

These are questions we should all ask.

Besa–Flamurtari

And it is precisely in this situation that the Besa–Flamurtari match comes.

A match that was supposed to be another sporting showdown, where the two teams would fight on the field and where the best would win.

But again we have an episode that raises questions and has caused a lot of discussion among Vlora fans.

Besa's goal, according to Flamurtari's claims and what was discussed after the match, was about half a meter offside.

And here the question arises: How can such a position not be seen?

We're not talking about a difficult position to stand out by a few inches.

We are talking about a claim for a position about half a meter offside, at a crucial moment in the match.

A goal like that can change the game.

One match can change three points.

And three points can be of great importance to a team's fate at the end of the championship.

Of course, referees can make mistakes. The referee is also human and mistakes in football have always existed.

But the problem begins when these mistakes are repeated and when one club always feels like it is the one being harmed.

And this is exactly where the question that Vlora fans ask arises:

Until when?

How long will this story continue?

Until when will Flamurtari face controversial decisions?

Until when will we talk about trials and not about football?

Until when should a fan leave the stadium discussing a referee's decision and not his team's performance?

If Besa's goal was truly offside, then we are dealing with an episode that needs to be seriously analyzed and cannot simply be dismissed as a common mistake.

Because in football, a single decision can change everything.

Therefore, transparency is required.

It is required that such episodes be analyzed.

It is required that there be the same standard for everyone.

It is requested that Flamurtari not feel prejudiced or discriminated against.

Because Flamurtari doesn't want the judge to favor him.

The flagman doesn't ask for points he doesn't deserve.

Flamurtari doesn't want to win a match away from the field.

It only demands that what happens on the field be fair.

The flagman does not ask for privilege

If Flamurtari doesn't deserve to be in the Superiore, let him keep his place in the category he belongs to.

If he doesn't deserve it sportingly, let him not be in the Superiore.

If the opponents are better, let them win.

If Flamurtari is weaker, let him lose.

If the results lead him to another category, then he should accept it.

But if Flamurtari deserves to be in the Superiore, don't stop him from being there!

Don't hinder him with dirty deals.

Don't hinder it with personal hatred.

Don't hinder it with personal conflicts.

Don't hinder him with questionable decisions.

Don't hinder it with double standards.

Let the Flagman fight on the field.

Let him win if he is better.

Let him lose if the opponent is better.

But don't take away the opportunity to fight on equal terms.

This is what Flamurtari wants.

This is what the Vlora fans are looking for.

This is what sportsmanship requires.

And this is what every Albanian football fan should be looking for.

Personal conflict should not affect Flamurtari

If Mr. Duka has a personal problem with Flamurtari's president, Sinan Idrizi, this is an issue that should remain between them.

Sinan Idrizi may have made very serious accusations against Armando Duka and the Albanian Football Federation.

He has directly accused him of the disintegration of Albanian football, of its return to a private business, and of decisions and match controls that, according to his accusations, have been left in the hands of crime.

These are very serious accusations.

But precisely because they are serious, they should receive an institutional response and not turn into a war against Flamurtari.

If the accusations are untrue, let them be refuted with facts.

If there are problems, let them be investigated.

If there are violations, let those responsible be held accountable.

But Flamurtari cannot be the victim of a personal conflict.

Because Flamurtari is not Sinan Idrizi.

The flag is much bigger than any president.

The flag is its history.

The flag is the fans.

The flag is Vlora.

Flamurtari is a name that belongs to the history of Albanian football.

What about the city of Vlora?

And here we cannot leave aside the city of Vlora.

Because for a Vlora fan, Flamurtari is not just a team that plays football.

It is part of the city's identity.

It is part of the memories of generations.

It is part of Vlora's sports history.

The Vlora fans have always been there.

In victory.

At a loss.

On the best days.

On the hardest days.

He filled the stadiums, traveled behind the team and continued to believe even when Flamurtari went through very difficult periods.

Therefore, Vlora sports fans and fans cannot be left aside.

They deserve respect.

And above all, they deserve to have confidence that the football they see is fair football.

A question for the Federation

Today a direct question must be asked.

Is the Albanian Football Federation a federation of all clubs or only those that are in line with the leaders?

Because a Federation must be above personal conflicts.

It must be a guarantor of the rules.

It must be a guarantee of equality.

It must be a guarantee of clean football.

Even a club that criticizes the Federation should be treated with the same standard.

Even the president who opposes Armando Duque should have the same rights.

Because the Federation should not function on the basis of resentment.

It should not operate on the basis of revenge.

It should not operate on the basis of personal relationships.

It must operate according to the rules.
