SPAK has requested prison sentences for the two defendants involved in providing the conditions to kill  Ervis Martinaj (known as the "King of Gambling") and Erigers Mihasin , the first missing, the second killed in an assassination attempt.

SPAK has filed a claim for the 2 accused.

The Special Prosecution Office is requesting a sentence of 10 years in prison for  Leonard Duka and 6 years in prison for Drianto Bardhi .

This issue is part of the 'revenge' file where thousands of communications were revealed on the Sky Ecc application.

We recall that Leonard Duk a (known as " Prince Damian ") was previously sentenced to 30 years in prison as the leader of the criminal group that executed former police officer Santiago Malko, known as Ervis Martinaj's right-hand man.
