An oil deposit was engulfed in flames this afternoon in Amonica, Vlora.

Three fire engines from Vlora and Selenica went to the scene. The causes of the fire are still unclear.

It is currently reported that the flames have been brought under control, thus making it possible to prevent their spread to the surrounding vegetation.

It is initially suspected that the cause of the fire may have been a cigarette butt thrown away by mistake.
