Two prosecutors have launched investigations on their own initiative into the criminal offenses of "Abuse of Duty" and "Committing Arbitrary Actions", where State Police officers are suspected, following the conflict during which 28-year-old Erjon Vishkulli was injured.

As part of the investigation, around 20 medical records of the injured persons were administered, including that of the 28-year-old.

The next day, Top Channel journalist Anila Hoxha learns that the Prosecution is expected to send a letter of request to Italy to secure the material that will be extracted from Erjon Vishkulli's eye, as evidence, to determine whether it is a rubber bullet or other material.

For this, prosecutors have seized security cameras at the Bank of Albania, the 28-year-old's medical record at the Trauma Hospital, and are carrying out other investigative actions based on the Police Supervision Agency, such as administering the list with the names of the FNSH officers who were found on Saturday near the Bank building, the SP headquarters and the Ministry of Agriculture.

Meanwhile, two other groups of prosecutors are investigating alleged police misconduct during the several-day protests in Tirana. 20 medical records have been seized and regulations on how the police act in cases of protests have been requested.

The injury of Ledion Balla, whose leg was broken, the beating of several protesters, and the injury of a young man who was knocked to the ground by an officer in a spacesuit are also being investigated for arbitrary actions.

At the same time, several groups of prosecutors have represented the prosecution of nearly 200 people arrested for security measures during the two weeks of protests. They are under investigation, among other things, for attacks on institutions and damage to public property.
