While Prime Minister Edi Rama has demanded the resignation of all administration leaders, the head of the Albanian National Agency for the Protection of the Rights of the Child, Ami Kozeli, seems to have decided to challenge him.

Kozeli published on Instagram today an agreement with the foreign company IRD Engineering Srl, presenting it as an agreement concluded today.

But according to an observation by Vox News, it turns out that the company had published the announcement of the signing of the agreement on its LinkedIn profile a week ago and not today.

The publication of the agreement today means that Kozeli did not obey Rama's order to resign and that he continues to be at the head of the institution.

Meanwhile, the ARRSH has been mentioned over the years in cases and investigations related to suspicions of corruption. Several of the files related to this institution are under investigation by SPAK, including Kozeli himself, as Vox News has denounced numerous scandals involving this institution.
