After a long court session with discussions and debates, the Court of Lezha upheld the decision to suspend from office 11 Cadastre employees charged with non-implementation of a court decision for the confiscation of a property.

The employees have claimed that they could not violate the law, since the court rejected the request of the Prosecution for the confiscation of this property and its transfer to the state.

But, despite these claims, judge Renis Sheshi accepted the request of prosecutor Erjon Shehaj and left in effect the decision to suspend the employees.
