Service fees for driving licenses have been doubled or tripled, this order which came into force on January 16.

The letter was signed by the General Directorate of Road Transport and approved by the Ministry of Infrastructure.

In the document provided by bw , the new fees that have entered into force for driving license services are revealed.

To take the theoretical knowledge exam when you don't pass the theoretical test in the first exam, you had to pay 400 lek as a fee, while now you have to pay 1200.

Also, for retaking the practice test, when you used to pay 500 lek, you will now pay 4 times more.

In order to be equipped with a driving license for all categories from 3500 lek, 4500 lek will now be paid.

A number of other services for licenses have also been doubled, such as the provision of an international driver's license, the provision of a "Permit" and the theoretical qualification exam after the total loss of points or the removal of the driving license, but also for driving schools for the obligations they have for exercising the activity.
