The police of Gramsci, in cooperation with that of Elbasan, have arrested a person wanted for the cultivation of about 400 cannabis seedlings, in 2021, in the administrative unit of Sulta.

As part of the "Sulta" operation, citizen Andon (Ardit) Duzha, 32 years old, resident of Elbasan, was arrested.

"This citizen was declared wanted after the Court of First Instance of Elbasan assigned him the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offense "Cultivation of narcotic plants". In July 2021, on the land owned by 32- year, the services of the Gramsh Police Station, as a result of mass controls of the territory, have found and seized about 400 cannabis seedlings cultivated in plastic cups, ready to be planted." says the police announcement

The materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office for further procedural actions.
