The specialists of the Durrës Police Station, after several hours of research, made it possible to locate and capture the citizen Sh. S, 48 years old, resident of Mazrek, Tirana.

His capture and arrest was made because this citizen, during the time he was on the beach called "Gjiri i Lalzi", forcibly removed from a sea guard, a flag of the Turkish state, which he then threw away demonstratively at sea.

This action was filmed with a mobile phone and then posted on social networks by this citizen.


The Police Services initially declared the citizen Sh. S., after hiding after the event.

After searches by the Police, it became possible to locate, capture and arrest the citizen Sh. S., for the criminal offenses "Inciting hatred or strife" and "Disturbance of public order and peace".

The materials were passed to the Durrës Prosecutor's Office for further action.
