Journalist Klodiana Lala has told Euronews Albania the testimony of the girl who accompanied Ervis Martinaj in Durrës, on the night of August 5.

The journalist stated that the young woman, who is a public figure, declared before the authorities that she had physical contact with Martinaj on August 5, while she cut off all contact with the 40-year-old on August 7.

Meanwhile, Lala has shown the statement of Martinaj's father.

"His father, Mustafa Martinaj, says that the last contact with the boy, he doesn't say whether he had it directly or with other people, he had it on August 9 at 5:30 p.m. He claims that from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. that evening, Martinaj may have been taken hostage and may have disappeared," said Lala.
