New details revealed by the testimony of 25-year-old Alban Bruçi, who escaped the assassination attempt the night before in the Rus neighborhood in Shkodër. He says that the perpetrators were two people on a motorcycle, while one of them fired at the car.

The Shkodra police believe that the 25-year-old man was shot with a Scorpions-type pistol, which is suspected to have a silencer, since no shots were heard in the area where the assassination took place. Some of the bullets ended up in the vehicle window and the car door, but the target of this attack managed to escape without being injured. His vehicle, even after being shot, drove a few meters until it stopped and the assassins left, and then 25-year-old Bruçi got out of the car, leaving quickly and reporting to the police.
