This is the 37-year-old Mariglen Muhametaj who shot his 73-year-old father with hard objects yesterday evening in the village of Greshicë in Mallakastra, leaving him dead.

The head of the village, Kastriot Hysenaj, says that although the 37-year-old suffered from mental health problems, he was not known as a problematic person, as he points out that the young man was a calm and withdrawn person.

Hysenaj also claims that despite the economic problems the Muhametaj family was facing, they had no conflicts.

The event took place in the village of Greshnica in Mallakastra. Mariglen Muhametaj suffered from mental health problems, for which she had been treated before. In a conflict with his father in the apartment where they lived, the 37-year-old could not restrain himself and hit the 73-year-old on the head with hard objects.

As a result of the damages received, Qemal Muhametaj passed away.
