Dumani raises concern: Politics, media and crime are putting pressure on us

SPAK Head Altin Dumani, while analyzing the work of the Special Prosecution Office during 2024, stated that prosecutors are under constant pressure from politics, the media, and criminal organizations, due to the investigations they are conducting.

Dumani further raised another concern, that of the safety of prosecutors after the end of their mandate.

"There is ongoing pressure from political actors, media and criminal organizations."

This concern requires a reaction from SPAK. There is legal uncertainty for the prosecutor after the end of the mandate. There is no legal advisor for the prosecutors. The denunciation by the public administration remains low”, said Dumani.
