GJKKO judge Irena Gjoka has been placed under investigation by SPAK, following opposition accusations that she has concealed certain convictions against her from the Greek judiciary.

"This case is under preliminary investigation and was registered as a criminal record in 2025. It is a case under investigation, it is up to the prosecutor who is pursuing the case to conclude whether there is a criminal offense and further whether to file charges against the accused person. As long as it is under investigation, I cannot provide any explanation or other information," said Dumani.
