Socialist leader Edi Rama has presented another document, "Loyal Presence", to the SP political leaders, which he considered an annex to 'Besa'. Rama said that this document focuses on the internal affairs of the party, while he brought as an example several leaders who, according to him, did not lose power from listening, but lost their hearing from power.

"You already have the Besa strategic document in your hands, and the other one that I am sharing with you today, initially for an internal discussion, is called "Loyal Presence". It only targets the party," he declared in this meeting with the socialists.

According to him, this document, together with "Besa", will serve the purpose of turning the 4th governing mandate around.

Further, taking 5 examples on a global scale, the head of government emphasized that the "disease" of parties that govern for a long time is not only corruption or the consumption of power, but also the fact that they begin to hear only one voice, to see only one side, and when citizens are forced to turn to party brokers to receive services from the state.

This, according to him, is why even the strongest parties can lose power.

Specifying that "Prania Besnike" will not be a complaints portal, he said that it will learn from others (other countries), but without inheriting the disease.

"I do not consider curses and insults because they are a multiple conflict of interest, but I would add that after 13 years in government, why do you still want to stay, is perhaps the most legitimate question that can be asked of us. One is why we do not leave today and why we should deserve continuity tomorrow. This is democracy, a party cannot inherit the wheel of power, it does not have ownership or a will, but it does not have the right to let it go. It exercises power according to the Constitution!", he said, referring to the protest that has been taking place in the capital for almost two months now, where the main demand is precisely the resignation of political actors.

Rama repeated the phrase that is said in the chorus below his office, "Rama, resign," expressing that "he likes that phrase and it energizes him so much that he is even considering making a second song with it."

The Prime Minister has previously performed a song about Tirana in collaboration with West Side Family.

Prime Minister Edi Rama responds to calls for his resignation from protesters.

"Why don't we leave today and why do we want to deserve continuity tomorrow? It seems strange that it must be said, this is democracy and a political party can neither inherit the wheel of power nor own it by will, but it also has no right to let it go because some others want to drive the car of power themselves. It exercises power for as long as the people have given it the vote and as long as it has the votes in the assembly. They speak on behalf of the people, they claim to be the people themselves. We are the people, listen to the people, the people have come out, let's be clear by law and custom, neither they are the people, nor we and no group anywhere, we are all part of it, we can represent the people and speak on their behalf if they give us this mandate according to the constitution. Even I, who have the seal and signature of the mandate to represent Albania on behalf of the people, do not have the right to say on behalf of the people, only the people can say that, who should be in government and who in the opposition. This is what the people say only by vote. I have the right to decide for myself whether or not I should listen to the wishes and orders of a group that sings under my office, resign. I like that song and it energizes me so much that I think I could make another song with it. But at any moment and in any circumstance beyond the song, leaving office just because a minority shouts is not a leadership trait, nor institutional accountability. It is an abandonment of a very great responsibility ," Rama said.
