SP's proposal for Territorial Reform revealed, 15 municipalities merge! (Elbasan becomes a 'super municipality')

The Socialist Party 's proposal for Territorial Reform has been revealed.

According to the proposal, 15 municipalities are being merged, bringing the number to 61.

The municipalities that are merging are: Fushe-Arrëz, Klos, Rrogozhinë, Dimal, Poliçan, Patos, Divjakë, Selenicë, Maliq, Këlcyrë, Memaliaj, Libohëvë, Cërrik, Belsh, Përrenjas .
