Miracle / The patient leaves the hospital after 154 days intubated due to Covid

A 61-year-old man in Greece won the battle with the coronavirus after 154 days intubated in hospital.

According to lamiareport, the 61-year-old was discharged at noon on Tuesday, June 21 from Lamia General Hospital, after 154 days in resuscitation.

The person in question was intubated on January 19 this year.

"Although vigilance against Covid-19 has decreased, this does not mean that the coronavirus does not exist.

"In recent days we have had an increase in cases and unfortunately some people have had," Fotis Tsimpoukas, General Director of Lamia Hospital, told LamiaReport.
