SPAK's investigations into abuses by former head of SHISH Vlora Hyseni, in addition to the disclosure of state secrets, were reportedly also related to a financial component.
Sources from SPAK inform Ora News that investigators have sent letters of request to Kosovo and Germany.
The latest move comes after SPAK suspects that Vlora Hyseni's brother, who is suspected of using another identity, has made suspicious transfers, which are currently being evaluated by investigators.
More specifically, prosecutors and BKH agents have managed to uncover a transfer of 450 thousand euros from the company "Fortis Beton" sh.pk, which was canceled on 27.02.2024.
It is learned that the transfer in question was destined for the German company "Erd & Tiefbau Dingler GmbH" and was made with the description "payment for loan contract", dated 26.02.2024.
Investigations have revealed that the head of the German company is Izet Dingler, Vlora Hyseni's brother.
Ardit Sota and Genci Shima were asked about these transfers and the relations of the company "Fortis Beton" sh.pk, included in the AKSHI file, with the German companies, and they stated that they had no knowledge of the works and that they did not know the representatives of the German companies.
Meanwhile, the Special Prosecution Office states that reasonable suspicions have been raised that Ergys Agasi used AKSHI funds to corrupt Vlora Hyseni.
According to SPAK, the cancellation of the transfer of 450 thousand euros, on 27.02.2024, does not exclude the suspicion of the promise and acceptance of an irregular benefit by the former director of SHISH, in exchange for providing the institution's secret information to Agas.
The Special Prosecution Office also states that this scheme is suspected of being used by the persons under investigation to conceal the origin and criminal nature of the proceeds of the criminal offense of corruption, as well as of illegal benefits from public procurements of the National Agency for the Protection of the Rights of the Child.
