Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić is paranoid about the military alliance between Albania, Kosovo and Croatia. Speaking at an event about NATO strikes that stopped the ethnic cleansing of Albanians in Kosovo, he claims he has not received an official answer about the reason for the cooperation.
"The alliance was formed so that in the event of a conflict between Europe and the Russian Federation, they could control, in a broader sense, the Republic of Serbia and carry out an attack on our country.
"We understood this message and developed the doctrine of our army. We do not want to attack anyone, neither Croats nor Albanians, but we will defend our country," said the Serbian president.
Vučić once again brought to attention the claim that he had been promised the Nobel Peace Prize if he recognized Kosovo's independence. But he did not suggest that he would do such a thing.
"You, brothers and sisters in Kosovo, please keep your Serbian first and last name, and Serbia will always be with you and we will never recognize an independent Kosovo," he added.
