OSHEE, half a million euros tender for... Hole openers

OSHEE has opened a tender for the equipment with logistics tools for the exercise of the tasks charged by the law. The tender has as a material object chancellor, from pens, to the envelopes of the lalastic for tying the cash.

The amount is almost 60 ml new money, or half a million euros. The money will be used, according to JOQ, for the purchase of A4 and A3-format letters, envelopes, files, blocks, rods and connecting spirals, hole openers and even money-holding lattices.

So, for these materials, OSHEE will spend half a million euros in a year to supply its points and offices, despite a good part of the services being passed online and require neither paint nor envelopes nor catches.

More than the materials that will be purchased with this tender, i.e. more than opening holes or the lattice for tying up the money herds, the criteria afterwards are those that raise doubts that it is about an embellished tender. Among the criteria, the economic operator is required to have three cars owned.

OSHEE's fat tender arrives at a time when the country is officially in energy crisis and citizens are facing an unprecedented price hike, while the Ardian Cela-led OSHEE, often accused of over-fating citizens, opens half a million euro tender for hole-openers.

No one is asking Ardian Key, or any other operator employee to pay for 10-lek pens on the market out of his pocket. But at least they don't buy it triple in taxpayers' money than that, that hole opener not only drills the Files of OSHEE's A4 letters, but also the pockets of citizens.
