VoNews published yesterday a photo of former mayor Vangjush Dako, who was wandering around the American embassy even though he has been declared non-woman by the USA.

Documents provided by VoxNews show the Range Rover car that Dako travels in is on behalf of the company "3 - D" which is driven by Vangjush Dako's brother.
