The urgent collection of the Price Board and the increase in the price of fuels to record levels was the irrefutable evidence that the board's meetings and decisions depend not on prices on international stock exchanges, but on the "Chet stock exchange".
A simple Business Insider graphic proves this conviction to us. How did you? On June 8, a barrel of oil traded at $122.11 per barrel, rising by almost $2 compared to June 7.
What did the board do? Apparently under the orders of fuel oligarchs, the Board quickly gathered and set the oil price increase to 258 lekperper.

But after June 8 the price fell by an average of $1 a day, dropping to $115.31 on June 15. The board was silent. On June 16, oil rose by two dollars. The board broke the silence and gathered abruptly a day later and set the price of 265 lek per hectare of oil.
Now, the Transparency Board must make transparency on where it is based on setting these prices by ranking Albania at Switzerland's levels in terms of the cost of fuels to citizens.
