The publication of the testimonies of the penitents of justice, Henrik Hoxhaj and Nuredin Dumani has caused problems. SPAK has issued an order to the media; to release nothing more, regarding this action and the ongoing investigations.

The order has been signed by all three investigators of the case, who also request that secrecy be maintained, as the cases mentioned are all under investigation. The exposure of the data may cause the failure of the actions and investigations of SPAK to uncover the truth. Hoxha thotë se në dëshminë e tij thuhet se Dumanit i kishte thënë një person i përfshirë në vrasje se Meta ka porositur vrasjen e Aleksandër Ndokës në vitin 2017. SPAK e ka mohuar totalisht si të pa vërtetë thënien e tij, duke i bërë thirrje mediave të kenë kujdes.

Njoftimi i SPAK:

“Në vijim të interesimit të shtuar të mediave, në lidhje me deklarimin e gazetarit Artan Hoxha për sa i përket të dhënave të pretenduara si të deklaruara nga shtetasi nën hetim N.D. për Presidentin e Republikës së Shqipërisë, të transmetuar në televizionin Kombëtar “Klan”, në emisionin “Opinion” të datës 02.06.2022, sqarojmë opinionin publik se: Në deklarimet e dhëna në kuadër të procedimit penal nr.75/2022 që po heton Prokuroria e Posaçme, shtetasi nën hetim N.D., nuk ka deklaruar asnjë të dhënë në lidhje me Presidentin e Republikës së Shqipërisë.

Duke marrë shkas nga ky rast, si dhe duke mbajtur në konsideratë edhe trajtimet që i janë bërë deklarimeve të shtetasit N.D. në emisione të ndryshme televizive, ftojmë mediat që të jenë të kujdesshme, të mbajnë në konsideratë ndjeshmërinë e kësaj çështje, të respektojnë viktimat dhe familjarët e tyre, si dhe faktin se çështja është në fazën e hetimit paraprak dhe Gjykata e Posaçme e Shkallës së Parë Për Korrupsionin dhe Krimin e Organizuar referuar nenit 103 të Kodit të Procedurës Penale ka vendosur ndalimin e publikimit të vendimit nr.42 datë 17.05.2022 (me objekt caktimin e masave të sigurimit)”.

Por çfarë ka ndodhur me Dumanin dhe Hoxhajn?

Të dy me informacionet që kanë dhënë kanë zbërdhyer ngjarje kriminale që nga viti 2011 deri në 2022-shin. Për këtë operacion të SPAK, u lëshuan 32 urdhër arreste, nga të cilat 18 u ekzekutuan nga policia (prej të cilave 9 masa iu komunikuan persona të arrestuar për vepra të tjera penale), ndërsa 14 janë ende në kërkim, e derimë tani asnjë nuk është kapur. Mendohet se të paktën 12 ngjarje kriminale, vrasje dhe atentate të parealizuara janë zbardhur nga dëshmia e tij para prokurorëve të SPAK.
