Journalist Lutfi Dervishi commented on the SPAK warning regarding the publication of investigative materials by the media. Dervishi brings as a similar case the arrest of the former director of ART Thoma Gëllçi and his detention in prison during the investigation.

He asks why the three SPAK prosecutors are not arrested in connection with the release of the investigative secret and then find out who revealed the secret, as in the case of Gëllç, who was arrested and held in prison while the prosecution was digging if violations had been committed.
