Note: For the second time in less than a year, Edi Rama lined up his 61 mayors by 'tending' them in front of the cameras. Some set an example for bad financial performance, others raised them on the pedestal for the same thing.
The way they were elected, without race, without opponents, without sweat makes almost ridiculous these calls and letters of the Prime Minister to the local elected, because the end at all they are not the product of the people's vote, but of Rama himself.
Therefore, responsibility for the mismanagement of local finances in this case is split in half. Half her weight is the mayors and the other half Edi Rama who placed them.
Rama has responsibility for what criteria he put in charge of municipalities, how capable are they? Rama had to explain to the citizens what Agim Kajmak's abilities were to be elected head of Vora?
For this reason, the call and the "teleandy" in front of the cameras more than the next show can't go. This is not even worth the instruction from above to "be innovative" and to introduce municipalities that run economic activities with the privates to some extent by bringing central government policies as a model of success.
But are success models the statuses of strategic investors given across state-owned properties? What about fat concessions, like that of Thumane-Kashar Street and others like these? You can hardly find a citizen to think like that.
