Applications for 0% interest home loans open for 300 administration employees

300 administration employees are given the opportunity to benefit from 0% interest loans for the purchase of apartments.

The Ministry of Economy and Innovation announced the opening of a call for applications for 300 loans with 0% interest for the purchase of a home for public administration employees.

Applications start on August 27, 2026 and end on September 25, 2026.

Financing according to the reference price and area according to the family certificate

Applications will include employees of 5 institutions with quotas ranging from 20 to 70 applications.

Specifically, the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare – 70 quotas; the Ministry of Defense – 70 quotas; the Ministry of Education – 70 quotas; the Ministry of Internal Affairs – 70 quotas and the Prison Police / Ministry of Justice – 20 quotas.

Applications will be made through e-Albania.

The main criteria include not having any property in ownership, not being a beneficiary of other social programs, etc.

Be employed in the public administration, according to the provisions of the law "On social housing";

-Not having a home in ownership or in the process of legalization, or having a home below housing standards;

-Not own real estate or movable property worth more than half the value of the apartment to be purchased with a soft loan;

-Not be a beneficiary of other social housing programs.
